Member Booking Rules

  • You can book the courts 7 days in advance from 7 am. In other words, when booking to play 7 days in advance the new booking sheets only become available from 7 am -- all other playing times within those 7 days can be booked 24/7.
  • You must select your playing partners / opponents' names to show on the booking sheets, or select and pay a Guest Fee -- see below.
  • Maximum 3 advance peak-time bookings per member.
  • Maximum 2 advance off-peak bookings per member.
  • When having reached these limits, once a booking has been played, you can book another.
  • Off-Peak membership subscription only allows playing at off-peak times.
  • Playing Parents are only allowed 1 advance booking (peak or off-peak) and can only book and play with their linked Juniors/Minis.
  • Juniors and Minis don't have booking rights.
  • Peak Times
    • Monday - Friday from 4 pm to 9 pm.
    • Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm
    • All other times are off-peak
  • Guest Fees
    • When playing a Guest, members must select the "Guest £5 per hour" as the playing partner/opponent to show on the Booking Sheets.
    • The system will automatically charge the guest fees to your booking system account.
    • If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fees will be removed.
    • This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing, but not after your reserved start time.
    • Although you do not need to have sufficient credit to add guest fees to your booking, you will need to top-up your booking system account in order to cover the cost of any outstanding Guest Fees prior to booking more courts or being selected as playing partner on other members' bookings.
  • Cancellations
    • Please cancel as soon as possible if you're no longer able to play so that the court may be used by other members.
    • All cancellations within 24 hours of start time are logged as "late-cancellations" and reviewed by the committee.
    • Guest Fees are always automatically refunded.
  • Member Accounts
    • If your account is outstanding with guest fees or late-cancellation charges, you must top-up (Buy Credit) in order to have a least zero balance to continue booking.
    • You can purchase credit (£5 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged in.
    • Your transaction will be processed by Stripe, and your booking system account will be credited immediately.
    • Credit on Members Accounts is non-refundable after 14 days of purchase date.
